A seasoned risk-management professional, Victor leads the secretariat and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Institute.

Akeem oversees the Institute's training portfolio and applied-research agenda — including the CRM examination curriculum and the CPD calendar.

Manager, Exams & Records

John runs the examination and member-records function, ensuring the integrity of every diet from registration through results publication.
