ORSA has become the dominant supervisory framework for forward-looking risk. Members who have been through (or are in the middle of) an ORSA implementation are invited to share what worked and what didn't.

Particularly interested in:

  • Data-pipeline gotchas — the silent killer of ORSA exercises.
  • Scenario design — what scenarios surfaced the most useful conversations with the Board?
  • Closing the loop — how do you make ORSA findings change actual decisions, rather than producing a report that sits in a drawer?
